Ssoundaryamantra is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We do not ship on Sundays and on public holidays.

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping within India 

1. Ssoundaryamantra offers free shipping across India except J&K, Tripura.
2. Delivery timelines may vary between 3-7 business days (excluding, Sunday(s) and Public Holiday(s)), depending on the location in India, and are further subject to weather conditions, strikes, transport delays and other factors which are beyond Ssoundarya Mantra’s control.
3. For certain remote locations in India, our delivery partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be required to bear such a surcharge, should the same be levied by our delivery partner.
4. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order. 
6. NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS:  Address that has been input while placing the order will only be accepted.

International Shipping

 International shipping costs are based on the actual cost charged to Ssoundarya Mantra, and is assessed largely on the basis of the volumetric weight and size of the package.

1. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches one’s country.
2. The import duties shall be beared solely by the customer that would be charged by the customs authority of the country the product has been shipped to.

 We are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees;
